Jay is the Founder and CEO of SLB Performance, bringing extensive experience in both high-growth and turnaround environments. With deep expertise in all aspects of supply chain management and C-suite leadership, Jay has worked with companies ranging from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 150 enterprises.

SLB Performance delivers business advisory services for retailers, manufacturers, omni-channel and wholesaler organizations – from start up to $100billion in revenue – across the US and globally. Jay is widely recognized for leading enterprise-wide transformational initiatives, consistently driving multimillion-dollar cost savings and exponential top line-growth.

Prior to founding SLB Performance, Jay held executive leadership positions at several prominent companies, where he oversaw  complex domestic and international supply chains.  His experience includes executive roles at GNC, Kohl’s Department Stores, PetValu/Pet Supermarket, Tiger Direct, Macy’s Department Stores, Linens N Things and Toys R Us.

Jay serves on the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School Advisory Council, where he chairs the Fund-Raising Committee. He is also a member of the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences nationwide, addressing current and emerging issues facing today’s business leaders.
